For me, a typical day at Aldrich & Co involves interviewing talented individuals and learning more about their experience, their ambitions, what makes them tick and what they’re really looking for. This helps me to match them to their ideal next position.

Before Aldrich & Co, I graduated from the University of Bristol before spending six months working as a chalet host in Val d’Isere and then kickstarting my recruitment career at a luxury travel firm. I joined an agency in the West End in 2017 before becoming part of the fantastic Aldrich & Co team in August 2019.

The thing I love most about my job is constantly meeting new people with interesting careers and backgrounds. I thrive off finding that perfect role for candidates and seeing them succeed and be happy.

In a CV, I’m looking for accuracy! Know your CV back to front and ensure that there are no grammatical or spelling errors. A succinct, easy-to-follow CV, rather than a lot of text, will get you a long way.

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me eating out at new restaurants, skiing or travelling the world as much as I can!
