rewarded with great team spirit and a really varied day.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Coordinating the team; managing busy diaries, organising meetings and making travel arrangements
• Liaising with overseas offices
• Creating reports, presentations and correspondence
• Building relationships at all levels
• Client hospitality
• Working alongside other PAs offering support to each other

The skills you need to bring:

• Experience providing Team PA support in a corporate environment, Financial Services sector exposure advantageous!
• Efficiency and organisation
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• High level of confidentiality
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly
