A prestigious law firm is looking for a confident, proactive individual to join them as a Room Bookings Coordinator in the London-based Client Services Team.

You’ll provide a seamless and professional service to all clients (internal and external) in 7-hour shifts within the hours of 7.30am - 5.30pm Monday – Friday

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Monitoring all room bookings, ensuring maximum utilisation
  • Using the room booking system (Manhattan Space Scheduling)
  • Keeping control of incoming emails
  • Working closely with the Reception Manager to update bookings and reports
  • Liaising with AV, catering and housekeeping teams
  • Working closely with porters to ensure meeting room layouts are correct
  • Ensuring all messages for clients and staff are delivered
  • Carrying out reception duties when required
  • Meeting and greeting clients for meetings, client dining and events
  • Note that you will be required to wear a uniform

  • Proven experience of problem-solving on the spot
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Professional appearance at all times
