Are you a highly motivated Office /Operations Manager looking for a “hands on” role, where no 2 days will be the same?

Do you have similar experience in a hybrid role which combines a bit of everything - Office Management and Financial and Compliance support?

Do you have strong IT skills and are you comfortable with basic accounting administration, running payments and expenses?

Our client is a Mayfair based Private Equity firm, looking for a resourceful and multi-talented individual to work with their Operations Manager.

The skills you need to bring:

  • Acting as point of contact for suppliers and contractors
  • Overseeing office maintenance and liaising with Building Management
  • HR support - onboarding new staff, employee contracts, referencing etc
  • Overseeing relationship with IT and ‘go to’ person for IT support
  • Arranging company socials and off-sites
  • Office moves/desk relocations
  • Processing weekly payment runs
  • Handling invoice queries
  • Managing Finance inbox
  • Assisting Operations Manager with managing the KYC process
  • Assisting with monitoring Compliance obligations

The skills you need to bring:

  • Previous Office Operations/Office Management experience ideally gained within a similar hybrid role
  • Experience gained within Private Equity or Fund Management highly preferable
  • Team player with hands on approach
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Experience of basic accounting admin
  • Confidence meeting and greeting clients
  • Comfortable maintaining systems, processes and procedures
  • Discretion and high attention to detail
