Do you have experience as an Office Manager and some knowledge of HR?

An expanding tech firm in the city is looking for someone dynamic to manage their imminent office move!

It’ll be an exciting time to join and will offer you so much involvement.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Managing and reporting on new London office space
  • Creating new systems and records
  • Developing strong supplier relationships
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Implementing health and safety initiatives
  • Working with HR on recruitment needs
  • Managing staff data and employee life cycle
  • Overseeing meeting rooms and internal events
  • Supervising the office administrator

The skills you need to bring:

  • 3 years’ facilities/office management experience
  • Understanding of staff benefits and employment terms
  • Proactive and energetic
  • Analytical
  • Good at creating processes and following through
  • Self-starter
