Do you have experience supporting senior executives, managing strategic projects, helping to plan ahead and identify critical actions / information?

Have you managed a very busy diary and inbox using excellent judgement, applying acute attention to detail and maintaining a high level of confidentiality?

Are you a strong communicator who inspires confidence and quickly builds rapport?

Are you calm, organised and solutions-focused with spark and initiative, and eager and quick to learn?

You’ll play a vital role in their success by providing superb support to the CEO who has a vision and passion for a better future.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Providing dedicated 1:1 support to the CEO, along with some support to 2 senior colleagues
  • Complex diary management, coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Managing a busy inbox – monitoring, prioritising, responding and filing
  • Drafting and editing correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Organising, attending and preparing for Board meetings
  • Coordinating events for the Board and the team
  • Working with the Communications team on speaking engagements and announcements for the CEO
  • Organising travel and managing expenses
  • Supporting recruitment efforts, new starter onboarding and inductions

The skills you need to bring:

  • Experience providing administrative support to senior executives
  • A high level of business acumen and diplomacy
  • Highest ethical standards, confidentiality, discretion, good judgement and personal integrity
  • Forward thinking, strong organisational and project management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships quickly
  • Ability to plan strategically and work collaboratively as part of the wider team
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Good understanding of / interest in the issues of climate change
  • Languages not essential but would be helpful: French and German
