An established City-based Financial Services firm is hiring a bright Team Admin Assistant to support MD, Operations & Team


  • Opening, processing and distributing post
  • Scanning and electronic filing of client documentation
  • Banking incoming client cheques and dealing with other basic banking matters
  • Assisting with the production of outgoing client mail including the collation of documentation
  • Processing the return of client documentation, monitoring outstanding items and circulating information
  • Updating records on in-house client database
  • Ad-hoc Projects


  • May suits a college leaver/A Levels who has some work experience from internship/placement or perhaps a 2nd Jobber who has worked within a team-based Admin/Secretarial role within a corporate or blue-chip firm
  • Great opportunity to gain City experience within a lovely, well-established firm/team!
  • Well-presented and well-spoken
  • Accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Strong MS Office skills
