An established City-based Financial Services firm is hiring a bright Team Admin Assistant to support MD, Operations & Team
- Opening, processing and distributing post
- Scanning and electronic filing of client documentation
- Banking incoming client cheques and dealing with other basic banking matters
- Assisting with the production of outgoing client mail including the collation of documentation
- Processing the return of client documentation, monitoring outstanding items and circulating information
- Updating records on in-house client database
- Ad-hoc Projects
- May suits a college leaver/A Levels who has some work experience from internship/placement or perhaps a 2nd Jobber who has worked within a team-based Admin/Secretarial role within a corporate or blue-chip firm
