Description

We are recruiting for a dynamic Financial Services firm based in beautiful offices in the heart of the City – this is a diverse and busy role where your feet won’t touch the ground! This role is provide excellent administrative services and support working cohesively with other assistants to deliver and efficient and streamlined service whilst providing cover for Reception when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide cover for other Assistants when they are out of the office
  • Completing employee expenses
  • Phone coverage, ensuring covering at all times
  • Booking travel
  • Assist with presentations and report as required
  • Working with various internal stakeholders to provide an efficient admin service
  • Cover Reception during lunch times and holiday periods – welcoming guests, managing conference rooms, working closely with catering, sorting and distributing post, maintain office supplies, provide admin and general support to the Facilities Manager

Requirements

  • Previous Reception/Team Assistant experience in supporting busy teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills
  • Discrete and confidential at all times
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proactive team player with the ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Financial Services industry experience preferred
