- Diary management and administration support for team of 13
- Organise complex travel itineraries
- Administrative support for marketing trips, roadshows and fieldtrips in conjunction with sales
- Logistical support for team conferences- working with Event Management and Corporate Access
- Preparing research reports and marketing materials
- Liaising with senior clients
- Expense processing
- Ablility to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task effectively
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
- Be proactive, use initiative and remain composed under pressure
- Have an adaptable and flexible manner
