A global FinTech firm based in the City are recruiting a highly organised, ambitious and dedicated Administrator.

With a background in financial services, you will be ambitious dedicated and a real team player.


  • Create, manage and distribute daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual metrics on the sales team’s performance, across the team and individually
  • Analyse metrics to highlight actionable areas for improvement
  • Assist in the creation of sales campaigns, business plans
  • Interact with clients regarding administrative matters
  • Contribute to team materials (e.g. solution proposals) and information repositories
  • Initiating the order processing cycle; processing of new orders, communicating with the contracts team, communicating with the client



  • Experience within an administration role in Financial Services advantageous
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent prioritisation and problem solving skills
  • Strong MS Office Skills
  • Experience using Salesforc
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • A real self-starter and team player
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and organised
