- Create, manage and distribute daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual metrics on the sales team’s performance, across the team and individually
- Analyse metrics to highlight actionable areas for improvement
- Assist in the creation of sales campaigns, business plans
- Interact with clients regarding administrative matters
- Contribute to team materials (e.g. solution proposals) and information repositories
- Initiating the order processing cycle; processing of new orders, communicating with the contracts team, communicating with the client
- Experience within an administration role in Financial Services advantageous
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent prioritisation and problem solving skills
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Experience using Salesforc
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- A real self-starter and team player
