Our client is a leading global Investment Bank, based in the heart of the City.   They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join an extremely busy and successful team.  This is a varied and fast-paced role within a dynamic and buzzy environment. The successful candidate will be calm, highly motivated with the ability to liaise at all levels and manage multiple tasks to tight and constantly changing deadlines.



  • High volume of interview scheduling – liaising between candidates and headhunters and bankers and/or their assistants
  • Managing each interview process, including booking rooms, arranging travel and sending out information packs
  • Develop strong working relationships with headhunters – receiving candidate feedback and reporting back to bankers
  • Database management including tracking feedback and filing candidate reports
  • Handling candidate expenses as appropriate



  • Previous experience ideally gained within Banking, Financial Services or Professional Services firm
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a heavy and varied workload to a high standard
  • Adaptable and flexible working attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive attitude
  • Meticulous attention to detail
