Our client is a leading emerging markets Asset Management firm. They are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Office Manager. This is a hugely varied role where you will be thinking with many different hats. You must be a confident communicator with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.


  • Maintaining a smooth office
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Gatekeeping including meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Responsible for maintaining a tidy and well stocked reception at all times
  • Diary management, including managing room booking
  • Handling the switchboard and distributing post
  • Preparing refreshments for meetings and ensuring rooms are tidied after
  • Allocating meeting rooms for internal and client meetings
  • Organise catering for in-house lunches
  • Keeping the kitchen tidy, ordering stationery and office refreshments
  • Booking couriers
  • Filing, scanning and managing post


  • Extensive experience with administration, business management and a minimum of 2 years supporting experience
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Flexible and able to juggle a range of different tasks
  • The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills
