A fabulous opportunity to manage a five-star front-of-house service within a corporate environment in the City. You would be leading a team to deliver an exceptional service to clients and guests. Strong leadership and communications skills are a must along with previous experience in a similar management role within a corporate or luxury environment.

Reception Management

  • Team management including recruitment, appraisals, performance reviews and staffing levels
  • Departmental budget management
  • Management of departmental Standards and Operating Procedures Manual
  • Management of the computerised room booking system
  • Monitoring of meeting room bookings, ensuring maximum utilisation of all spaces

Candidate requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer services skills
  • Ability to multi-task, keep calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
  • A strong team player but also able to work autonomously
  • Knowledge of industry room booking packages (Manhattan)
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Exceptional customer service experience and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in corporate Reception/Front of House environment
  • Previous experience of room bookings and reception duties
