Our client, a boutique Investment firm is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to provide comprehensive support to this driven and diverse team.

• Monitoring and screen incoming calls, taking messages
• Managing front of house duties, greeting guests and advising staff of their arrival
• Providing direction for visitors and staff
• Organising meeting rooms, lunches, refreshments
• Collecting and distributing incoming mail/deliveries
• Facilitating office repairs/maintenance; liaising with building manager
• Managing office supplies and suppliers: stationery, IT equipment, cleaners, recycling, confidential waste, refreshments
• Maintaining office filing systems
• Logging deal updates and producing weekly deal sheets for the team
• Printing/binding correspondence
• Setting up conference calls

• Previous Reception experience ideally within Investment or Professional Services firm
• Immaculate presentation
• Self-starter
• Flexible approach to work with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Team player
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
