We are recruiting for a dynamic Financial Services firm based in beautiful offices in the heart of the City – this is a diverse and busy role where your feet won’t touch the ground! An energetic ‘self-starter’ with a totally ‘can do’ attitude is essential – scope to truly get involved and offer a 5 star service!



  • Maintaining immaculate reception area and meeting rooms
  • Welcoming visitors, answering phones
  • Preparing conference rooms
  • Support with meals/catering – preparing/providing refreshments to all visitors
  • Handle meeting room bookings including last-minute changes
  • Liaising with the Technology team re Audio-Visual facilities
  • Liaising with office cleaning and maintenance teams
  • Maintaining security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges when required
  • Assisting facilities by documenting and communicating actions, and daily post duties
  • Working with Receptionist and Administration/PA team



  • Previous Reception or similar experience, perhaps gained within Hospitality/Hotel sector; exposure to Financial Services industry would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented and spoken
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and problem solving skills
  • Creative and innovative
