Global Investment firm, based in Mayfair, is looking for an experienced PA to provide confidential administrative support to the HR Director and a Senior Associate.  This will suit a PA who enjoys lots of people contact as you will be first point of contact for Recruiting and HR enquiries and act as ambassador for the team and the firm.  You will be a confident communicator and be happy building internal and external relationships by phone.  The role will include:


  • Recruitment support – high volume of interview scheduling, coordinating with interviewers, recruitment teams and candidates
  • Collecting and recording feedback, managing candidate pipelines and database management
  • Preparation of recruitment statistics and presentations for internal use
  • Providing support for the performance review process, scheduling and coordinating discussion meetings
  • Producing meeting materials
  • Assisting with new joiners and onboarding – background checks etc
  • Preparation fo new joiner welcome packs and scheduling induction meetings
  • Setting up and managing individual HR files
  • Supporting employee benefits administration and coordination of employee gifts
  • Liaising with HR in European offices
  • Assisting with ad hoc HR projects as they arise.


  • PA or Administrative experience gained within Professional/Financial Service firm advantageous
  • Exposure to Human Resources department useful
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of people, internally and externally
  • Ability to work accurately and prioritise effectively under pressure
  • Adaptable and responsive to changes in schedules or priorities, often at short notice
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Open to feedback, keen to learn and take on new challenges
  • Team player who can also work on own initiative
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience of using and HR and/or recruitment database desirable
