Description

Our client a boutique Fund Manager based in the heart of Mayfair, is looking to recruit an Office Manager/PA to ensure the smooth running of office (sole support) as well as providing PA support to Founder

Responsibilities

  • Managing office supplies: vendor/supplier liaison – I.T., Building Management, Contractors etc.
  • Assisting with bookkeeping and budgets
  • Processing expenses and invoices
  • Coordinating desk and office moves
  • HR: on-boarding of new staff, scheduling training, employee contracts, monitoring annual and sick leave, payroll assistance
  • Compliance: background checks, records management
  • Organising office events
  • Providing business and personal PA support to Founder
  • Extensive diary management and multiple meeting coordination
  • Global travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries and agendas
  • Taking minutes at Management and Board meetings
  • Meet & Greet, ‘go to’ person for office, general office admin etc.

Requirements

  • Proven Office Manager/PA experience ideally gained within hybrid role; Investment sector useful but not essential
  • Team player with that typical ‘hands on’ approach
  • Flexible, highly organised and able to multi-task
  • Positive self-starter and able take own initiative
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to think outside box
