Our client, a well-established and highly regarded global firm, based in the heart of the West End, is looking to recruit an Office & Facilities Manager. This role requires experience in Facilities & Office Management, supervisory and management skills and an all-round credible ambassador who can think outside the box and build effective working relationships at all levels


  • Providing a safe, secure and efficient working environment
  • Handling Health & Safety requirements
  • Managing (and developing) Reception & Office Services team
  • First point of contact for Building Management and 3rd party suppliers
  • Maintenance of supplier contracts ensuring they are compliant and renewed appropriately
  • Specific Projects (and ad hoc Events)
  • Managing desk and office relocations
  • Communicating and liaising with function heads to ensure services meet the company’s requirements
  • Delivery of in-house catering arrangements for meetings and kitchen areas
  • Control and monitoring of costs, processing invoices, maintaining internal records and liaising with Accounts team
  • Maintaining Finance archive system and audit for destruction purposes; ensuring records and filing up to date


  • Extensive Facilities and Office Management experience (hybrid role)
  • People management experience a plus!
  • High level attention to detail

  • Flexible approach to work
  • Excellent communication and relationship building at all levels
  • Strong MS Office skills
