Responsibilities

Roadshows

  • Arrange logistical support for corporates and personnel
  • Booking rooms for conference calls/sales presentations/ institutional lunches
  • Preparation (binding & uploading onto AV equipment) of required documentation such as corporate results presentations for institutional meetings/site visits and salesforce presentations
  • Email confirmations to institutions
  • Couriering required documentation
  • Updating institutional profiles
  • Creation of schedules, institutional profile & feedback documents
  • Collation of feedback as necessary
  • Assist with general/ad-hoc requests from corporates as necessary
  • Tracking corporate expenditure in terms of printing presentations, transport and hotels & provision of reports if necessary
  • Arranging logistical support as required

Marketing

  • Co-ordination of ad-hoc institutional meeting requests
  • Scheduling salesforce presentations and preparing necessary documentation
  • Booking rooms for sales presentations/ institutional lunches
  • Distribution of interim/annual reports

Shareholder Analysis

  • Incorporating share price graphs into reports
  • Updating documentation to correspond with share price movements
  • Circulation of up to date shareholder analysis reports to relevant parties
  • Serve as primary liaison on shareholder analysis queries
  • Assisting the IR Manager/ Head of IR in the coordination of conferences

Internal

  • Updating and maintaining IR databases and publications
  • Manage team members diaries, arrange meetings and book rooms/venues as required
  • General administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate manual and electronic filing systems and handle incoming calls
