Description

We are seeking an experienced, positive and energetic Float Assistant. This role is based in a busy and dynamic global Investment Bank. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle and maintain complex schedules to an extremely high level.

Requirements:

  • Extensive calendar organisation
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and assists with Travel and Expenses reports
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences and special events
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails
  • Relay information in a timely manner
  • Take on ad hoc projects while maintaining work flow, miscellaneous general office duties and administrative support
  • Order and organise all supplies
  • Maintain faxes, printers and photocopiers
  • Must be able to prioritise a variety of time-sensitive tasks
  • Demonstrate dependability, sense of urgency, and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task
  • Must display a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone, by e-mail and letter to senior level executives
  • Comfortable working with people at all organisational levels
