Description

Well-established Consulting firm based in the West End with a truly collaborative culture is now looking to recruit a bright and energetic experienced EA to provide dedicated 1:1 support to their Founding Partner. This client-facing role will suit a proactive self-starter who takes ownership, is always one step ahead with the ability to multi-task and who thrives within a deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities
• Extensive and complex diary and in box management, frequently handling last-minute changes and schedule conflicts
• Multi-party meeting organisation, coordinating conference calls and breakfast/lunch appointments
• Travel arrangements and expenses
• Extensive client interaction – outreach to facilitate new business meetings, proactively fostering and maintaining effective client relationships
• Conducting research, producing briefing packs and creating detailed PowerPoint presentations
• Supporting with the pitch process, proposal preparation and finalisation (slide production, proof-reading), coordinating internal discussions with Partners, Consultant team and Consultants
• Project support; coordinating steering group reviews, document production, managing use of third party suppliers, coordinating feedback and debrief process at project end with clients and consultants
• Coordinating mail-outs to Partner contacts for client and networking events, distributing of marketing communications
• Filing and archiving of documentation, maintain company CRM

Requirements
• Proven experience in a client driven EA/PA role, ideally gained within a Professional Services (or similar) firm
• Highly organised and proactive self-starter with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Intellectual curiosity, an interest in business and commercial topics
• Confidence with remote support
• Flexibility, with the ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines
• Calm under pressure, ability to thrive in a busy role with a happy ‘can do’ approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in the face of ever changing schedules and priorities
• Strong academic performance
• Proficient user of MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
