Our client, a leading global Investment Bank, is looking for an experienced Assistant to provide seamless support across various levels. This role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and proficiency using Microsoft Office. You will be flexible and adaptable, a true team player and thrive in a fast paced environment where you can really give it your all.

Assistant Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary management; coordinating meetings and conference calls, maintaining calendars and contacts
  • Complex travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transport, arranging visas and preparing itineraries
  • Gatekeeping; managing a high volume of phone calls
  • Generating and fostering a team-orientated environment, providing support and sharing responsibility with other members of the team
  • General office administration including filing, faxing, copying and archiving
  • Process all travel and entertainment expense reports timely and accurately, ensuring all compliance with expense guidelines
  • Any other ad hoc projects and duties when requested


  • Preferably similar experience within a Financial Services or Blue Chip organisation
  • Developed IT and Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous experience in administrative role supporting all levels
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a heavy and varied workload
  • General business culture knowledge
  • Strong team player
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
