An exciting opportunity to join the event and hospitality team within this dynastic City firm. You would will have responsibility for the creation, planning and execution of a variety of events and will need to have relevant experience, a pro-active approach and of course be a true team-player
Work with internal teams to produce small-medium sized events
Manage internal events- booking space, diary management etc.
Work with the design team to produce event collateral
Manage the event budget from creation to reconciliation
Post-event reporting and evaluation
Experience managing multiple events/projects concurrently
Excellent interpersonal skills and motivated by teamwork
Strong MS Office skills
Proactive and creative with exceptional attention to detail
Creative personality with professional and positive attitude.
