Our client is a leading and prestigious Asset Management firm with stunning offices in the heart of the City. They are looking for an experienced PA to provide seamless and intelligent support to a Head of a busy team. You will have experience dealing with all levels of management, strong presentation skills and previous experience working in an institutional background / financial services.
- Extensive diary and inbox management
- Preparing meeting materials and customising reports
- Liaising with clients and teams at all levels
- Preparing presentations and assisting with first level compliance checking
- Arranging domestic and international travel
- Implementing security policies and filing structures
- Processing expenses and reconciling credit cards
- Previous senior level PA experience within financial services
- Ability to liaise at all levels
- Confident multi-tasker with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to work to multiple deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure
