This role will suit a detail orientated and self-motivated graduate, with previous administrative, assistant, or office management experience. Your role will be to support, organise and ensure the smooth operation of both personal and business tasks, based in the client’s family office in Chelsea.


  • Managing a busy diary, arranging all travel, drafting correspondence
  • Entering data, keeping all spreadsheets and files up to date
  • Assisting with meeting preparation
  • Filing, printing, ordering of office supplies
  • Generating invoices, processing expenses
  • Handling office administration, running errands


  • Experience in a similar role
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • A true team player, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent prioritisation skills
  • The flexibility to work from various locations, and thrive in a fast paced environment
