Well-established Financial Services firm based in the heart of the City is now looking to recruit an experienced PA to support MD & small team. Varied role utilising organisational, interpersonal and technical skills


  • Extensive diary management
  • Organising meetings and conference calls
  • Travel arrangements
  • Setting up client meetings, lunches and dinners
  • Processing expenses
  • Preparing and amending a range of correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Research & Analysis
  • Project assistance
  • Events & Offsites organisation
  • Admin: holiday/sickness records, database management


  • Previous Team PA experience gained within Financial/Professional Services firms is highly advantageous
  • Superb MS Office skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised and proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable – able to use initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
