A leading Investment firm based in the City is now recruiting for an organisational/projects role, working within a close-knit team and would suit someone with excellent organisational and project management skills who has an interest in Government Relations, Regulations & Public Policy. This is a 12 month role to start early-mid March 2018.


    • Lead European Government Relations sponsored initiatives, for example events and policymaker visits
    • Coordinate engagement for the Head of Government Relations, develop and organise policy material
    • Manage and maintain; public policy relationship maps, lobbying register entries, a calendar of upcoming policymaker European Government Relations engagement, a comprehensive electronic filing system, consultation process ownership and trade association membership oversight
    • Prepare presentations and briefings for senior members of the team
    • Assist with the relationship management of an external public policy firm to provide support to the European Government Relations function
    • Provides administrative support to the Head of Government
    • Review and analyse European public policy communications
    • Track European Government Relations
    • Participate in special projects and assist with any other matters


    • Previous administrative experience ideally gained within Financial or Professional Services or Law firm
    • Excellent organisational and project management skills
    • Good verbal and written communication skills – ability to build/maintain relationships
    • Self-starter and proactive
    • Must be passionate about self-growth and development
    • Excellent relationship management skills
    • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
    • Proven ability to function in a deadline oriented, fast paced and rapidly changing environment
    • Effectively handle multiple priorities and initiative
    • Ability to elicit trust and confidence and maintain composure and a positive approach
