A leading City Investment firm based in the heart of the City is looking for an experienced HR Administrator for a varied role, working as part of a close-knit HR team. Your duties will be varied, building and maintaining relationships across the business (globally).

HR Administrator duties include:

  • Extensive Recruitment assistance: coordinating and scheduling interviews
  • Booking rooms and video conferences
  • Preparing interviewers ahead of interviews
  • Providing feedback to recruitment agencies
  • Assisting with the internal Recruitment database
  • Create job offers and relocation packages
  • Maintain onoarding via Hireright and documentation
  • Training program administration and support

HR & Recruitment Administrator requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Great attitude to work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Analytical
  • Real problem solver
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Lots of initiative & multi-tasking
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Would suit a candidate with previous HR Admin experience within Financial Services, Professional Services or Legal Services
