Well-established, dynamic and ever-growing Asset Management firm based in the heart of the City are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their friendly team. Suit an experienced Receptionist who is looking to build their career for the long term



  • Manage the Reception area, welcome clients and visitors, set up meeting rooms and oversee room bookings
  • Field, action and direct all calls
  • Schedule meetings, arrange lunches
  • Central point of administrative contact to the business as a whole
  • Handle binding, reports, assist with presentations etc.
  • Assist with office management and office supplies
  • Coordinate invoices and handle enquiries
  • Maintain holiday & sickness records
  • Ad hoc Projects



  • Previous solid Receptionist experience ideally gained within a corporate, blue-chip firm – Financial Services/Investment sector experience would be advantageous
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Immaculate presentation, well presented and spoken
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • True team player
  • ‘Hands on’ approach is non-negotiable!
