Leading PLC firm, based in the heart of the City is hiring a new PA to join their team! Looking after a driven and dynamic CFO your role will be fast-paced requiring excellent time management & communication skills


  • Extensive diary management
  • Organising multi-party meetings, conference calls etc., handling schedule conflicts & last-minute changes
  • Gatekeeping, screening & actioning calls & emails
  • Building  relationships with key stakeholders, both internally/externally
  • Travel arrangements, preparing full itineraries
  • Expenses management
  • Attending and minuting meetings, follow up on action points
  • HR admin – sickness/absence, holiday record management
  • Preparing materials/meeting packs


  • Proven senior-level PA experience, ideally gained within a corporate, blue-chip firm
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to be one step ahead at all times
  • Thrive within deadline-driven environment
  • Successful relationship-builder
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to prioritise with push back!
