This role would suit an Admin Assistant who thrives within a fast-paced environment, where precision and high standards are key. 08.00am -18:00pm hours.
- Meeting and greeting, fielding calls
- Administrative assistant duties
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms
- Diary management and PA cover
- Booking and coordinating travel
- Providing support to a busy team
- Must have previous experience in a similar role
- Polished presentation and welcoming approach
- Outstanding prioritisation skills, multi-tasking on a regular basis!
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
