A well-established insurance firm based in the heart of the City of London, with a truly collaborative culture are looking for a bright, dedicated Admin Assistant to join their lovely team. This role would suit an Admin Assistant who thrives within a fast-paced environment, where precision and high standards are key. 08.00am -18:00pm hours.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting, fielding calls
  • Administrative assistant duties
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms
  • Diary management and PA cover
  • Booking and coordinating travel
  • Providing support to a busy team

Requirements

  • Must have previous experience in a similar role
  • Polished presentation and welcoming approach
  • Outstanding prioritisation skills, multi-tasking on a regular basis!
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
