You have to make a conscious decision to carve out the important projects without the distraction of your inbox alerts.
- Write a list and prioritise your work
- Switch off email alerts if they distract you
- Keep hydrated
- Learn to delegate
You’ll find it much easier and more efficient than flicking between your inbox and list, you’ll have cleared your to do list and be ready to get on with the rest of the day.
