Emily launched Aldrich & Co in 1995 with Kim St John. She heads up the company’s Permanent Division. For the last 30 years she has been recruiting for the financial services industry, initially setting up the banking division for an agency and then leaving after nine years to set up Aldrich. In the industry she has established lasting relationships with her clients and candidates, who all appreciate her honesty and direct approach.
In her spare time Emily is on a number of committees and is heavily involved in fundraising, currently she is in training for a 600km bike ride from Bilbao to Barcelona! She is a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (FREC) and a member of the City livery company, The Worshipful Company of Masons.
Kim St John
Kim is a founding Partner of Aldrich & Co, and heads up the firm’s successful Temporary Division. Her client base includes some of the most prestigious names in investment banking, and she is renowned for being an instinctive judge of character. With a wealth of experience, Kim is very popular with her clients and temps who know that she looks after their interests and trust her sound judgement.
She is passionate about politics, sport and current affairs. She is a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (FREC) and a member of the City livery company, The Worshipful Company of Masons.
Director, Permanent Division
Eva graduated from the University of Kent with a degree in European Studies (Italian & French) and quickly established her career in Recruitment, spending 5 years in the West End placing multilingual staff into a variety of sectors. She has been working in the City for the past 17 years placing business support staff within the Financial Services and Investment sector. Eva joined the Permanent division at Aldrich in January 2008 and prides herself on the longevity of both her client and candidate relationships, her energy and enthusiasm mean that she never hesitates to go the extra mile. Apart from being passionate about anything Italian, her claim to fame is having been a Countdown champion!
Kate runs the Events, Marketing and Communications Division. She focuses on senior level searches for clients in financial services. Prior to joining Aldrich, Kate worked in the event and conference industry, having worked previously for leading investment banks. Kate has also worked for ORBIS International, a non-profit organisation dedicated to saving sight worldwide where, based in New York, her role included spending several years on the ORBIS flying eye hospital.
Kate oversees Social Responsibility and Sustainability for the Aldrich team, and of course, has the best little black book.
Sarah has been part of the Aldrich team since its beginning in 1995, where she took a lead role in identifying great candidates for our clients. In the early days she ran the resourcing for a major investment bank on secondment from Aldrich, and she has an extremely thorough understanding of the industry.
Sarah graduated from Nottingham University in 1991. As well as placing top-quality candidates, she has been busy bringing up her family, running marathons, and being the best sounding board for common sense.
Payroll and Accounts
Therese joined Aldrich in 2008, bringing with her years of experience in recruitment, payroll, and accounts. She is the go-to person with all queries regarding tax, pensions, timesheets, contracts etc. and has built superb relationships with our clients and candidates.
Outside work she is a big reader and avid football supporter.
