Emily launched Aldrich & Co in 1995. For the last 30 years she has been recruiting for the financial services industry, initially setting up the banking division for an agency and then leaving after nine years to set up Aldrich. In the industry she has established lasting relationships with her clients and candidates, who all appreciate her honesty and direct approach.
In her spare time Emily is on a number of committees, is a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (FREC) and a member of the City livery company, The Worshipful Company of Masons.
Eva graduated from the University of Kent with a degree in European Studies (Italian & French) and quickly established her career in Recruitment, spending 5 years in the West End placing multilingual staff into a variety of sectors. She has been working in the City for the past 17 years placing business support staff within the Financial Services and Investment sector. Eva joined the Permanent division at Aldrich in January 2008 and prides herself on the longevity of both her client and candidate relationships, her energy and enthusiasm mean that she never hesitates to go the extra mile. Apart from being passionate about anything Italian, her claim to fame is having been a Countdown champion!
Sarah has been part of the Aldrich team since its beginning in 1995, where she took a lead role in identifying great candidates for our clients. In the early days she ran the resourcing for a major investment bank on secondment from Aldrich, and she has an extremely thorough understanding of the industry.
Sarah graduated from Nottingham University in 1991. As well as placing top-quality candidates, she has been busy bringing up her family, running marathons, and being the best sounding board for common sense.
Kate runs the Events, Marketing and Communications Division. She focuses on senior level searches for clients in financial services. Prior to joining Aldrich, Kate worked in the event and conference industry, having worked previously for leading investment banks. Kate has also worked for ORBIS International, a non-profit organisation dedicated to saving sight worldwide where, based in New York, her role included spending several years on the ORBIS flying eye hospital.
Kate oversees Social Responsibility and Sustainability for the Aldrich team, and of course, has the best little black book.
Hetty graduated from the University of Reading with a 2.i in Film, Theatre and Television. She joined Aldrich & Company in February 2017. After graduation Hetty worked in Washington D.C. within the Corporate and Social Events industry. Her time studying and in the states enabled her to hone her ability to build and maintain longstanding relationships. Since returning to the UK she has followed her interest in finance and strong desire to work in a people driven role.
Prior to University she kick started her own equestrian competition, livery and schooling yard – competing both internationally and nationally, winning two gold medals for Great Britain. Hetty is passionate about theatre and is an avid follower of all equestrian news.
Digby joined Aldrich in May 2017. Digby entered the workforce as a Digital Marketing Apprentice in the fundraising department of an international NGO. After successfully completing his apprenticeship, Digby continued his career in the Non-Profit sector before deciding to follow his interest in financial services by joining Aldrich where he recruits for clients in the fintech and asset management sector.
Digby is currently completing a BSc in Financial Economics at Birkbeck College, University of London
As a passionate Fulham FC fan, Digby travels far and wide on weekends to go to matches. He is also a keen reader, currently working his way through the Greek Tragedies by Aeschylus, Sophocles and Euripides, you may have noticed from our “insights and observations”

Georgia was an errant teenager when she worked first at Aldrich in 2003. She enjoyed it so much she returned the following summer and is delighted to be back as a Recruitment Consultant. In the intervening years, she’s attended the Oxford School of Drama, gained an English Literature Degree from the University of York and built a professional background in arts marketing. She loves theatre, has performed two seasons at Edinburgh Fringe and is passionate about contemporary art and raiding second hand bookshops. Georgia recruits for clients in support roles throughout the City and Mayfair and has a particular association with strategic and management consultancies and public relations. You will find that she is as keen as mustard to find the right roles for candidates and help them in their career direction.
Claire joined Aldrich in April 2017 supporting the Temporary desk. Claire brings a wealth of experience to the team. With over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources, Claire is invaluable to the team brining a view from the client side of the recruitment process having previously worked for one of Aldrich’s prestigious clients. In her spare time Claire enjoys spending time with friends and walking her dogs.
Charlie joined Aldrich in February 2016 as a Recruitment Coordinator. Charlie brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous career within the Healthcare industry. Her skills lie in logistics, high quality organisation and time management.
Payroll and Accounts
Therese joined Aldrich in 2008, bringing with her years of experience in recruitment, payroll, and accounts. She is the go-to person with all queries regarding tax, pensions, timesheets, contracts etc. and has built superb relationships with our clients and candidates.
Outside work she is a big reader and avid football supporter.
